Happy Brithday Brayden

Brayden came in for his FIRST BIRTHDAY SESSION and he brought along his mommy and daddy! He’s such a handsome little man and together they make a beautiful family!!!! I’d like to say this is a sneak peek for his mommy and daddy, but the truth is they’ve already seen the images from his session – I’m a little late blogging, but I still wanted to get a “sneak peek” up to tide them over until their order is ready.

And I also want to give a great big THANK YOU shout out to all McPhail’s who came to the preview session – thanks for everything and especially for being understanding with Lori:)

The B Family ~ Generation Family Portraits

A week or so ago I had the pleasure of photographing generation family portraits for the “B” family! I love doing these for so many reasons, but mainly because you can just feel the love (and see it). Okay, I know that sounds sappy but it’s true;) And unfortunately, I’m not showing the generation family images on the blog…I’ve gotta have some surprises for the “B” family preview.

Oh yes, and another reason I loved doing this particular session is because Mrs. B is an old TMS buddy. It’s people like her that really make me miss my teaching days:)

Nicholas ~ 6 Month Session

Welcome back Mr. Nicholas – it seems just like a short time ago that I met him for his 3-month session, but he’s grown so much over the last few months. This time Nicholas included his mom and dad for a few…they make such a beautiful family!

Edmondson Family Sneak Peek

Miss Addison brought her mommy and daddy in for a family session a while back (and I have to say what a beautiful family they are). It was a hot day and late in the afternoon and poor Miss Addison wasn’t feeling 100% (it was a good day for a nap – which is exactly what she was doing she got here:). But Miss Addison did a wonderful job at being my model for the hour and I know mommy and daddy are going to be very pleased!

Scott Family Session

Awhile back I did the Scott’s family session, but because of the craziness of my life the last few weeks (Sawmill Festival, photography convention in Chicago, packing and unpacking, grocery shopping, cleaning, etc, etc, etc – enough excuses, you get the point) I totally skipped blogging on a few sessions. This was one of them…sorry about that. But here are a few of my favorites from a few of my favorite clients.

Final Week of Voting

Just in the nick of time…

A week or so back The Goolsby Family came for a maternity / family session in one. I immediately made good frineds with Miss Abbigail (and her mommy and daddy too). Miss Abbigail is just so overjoyed by becoming a big sister she can hardly stand it and, as you can tell, she loves her mommy’s belly (and a beatiful belly it is). Well, those of you who follow my blog know it’s always the last thing I do and sometimes I don’t even get a “sneak peek” out on time. But I really thought I was doing okay since I had a few days before Elizabeth was scheduled to come back in. That was until I checked my voicemail from this afternoon and noticed I had a call from the Goolsby number. No she hasn’t went into labor just yet (at least not since my last message), but she is going in tomorrow. So I’m getting these posted JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME!

I’m so excited for them and especially for Miss Abbigail – I think she’s going to be the best big sister ever!!!
So CONGRATULATIONS to The Goolsby Family…I can’t wait to meet Miss Ella.

It’s hard to believe that I was the babysitter of Chad, Brook, and Eric at one time!!! Not only have I seen them grow up and become adults, but now I get to see the younger generation grow up as well….very interesting.
