This little baby girl keeps getting sweeter and sweeter!!! She’s such a happy baby and just a joy to photograph. I’m already looking forward to her next session:)

Lori and Matt’s Engagement Session

This was a very special session for me and I was honored that I was asked to do it. I taught Lori in middle school way back when (she’s a sophomore at Texas Tech now). I promise that I’m not just saying this because I photographed Matt and Lori’s engagement session, but she was one of the best students I ever taught. The type of student that every middle school teacher dreams of (note that I said “dreams” of and not has nightmares about …. I had a few of those too;). Now don’t forget that I too have a “Lori”. Jason came up with my Lori’s name and one of the reasons I agreed to it was because of this Lori. I hope my Lori grows up to be beautiful, mature, funny, and intelligent… just like this Lori. As for Matt, I didn’t have the pleasure of teaching him but I’m betting he was a great student too. He was just so polite and friendly during the session. Not once did he complain about the heat or getting slapped in the face by tree branches on our “photo safari” golf-cart trip. I’m certain that Matt and Lori’s families are so proud and so happy for this young couple!!!

Laney & Company

It’s been awhile since I saw Miss Laney in person. I’ve been following her growth on facebook, so I’ve seen how big she was getting and how cute she was. But I just have to say she’s 100 times cuter in person!!! Miss Laney brought along her brothers for a few too. These boys are just so polite and such great big brothers. And so protective…I feel sorry for the boys when they start coming around to visit:) I also have to add that this sweet baby has GREAT taste (see the first image:).

Shannon ~ New Caney HS Senior 2010

Shannon is one of my newest senior models and these are just a few from her model session. We plan on doing her real senior session later this year – can’t wait!!!

Shannon will also be running for EMC Fair Queen and showing her heifer in just a few weeks at the EMC Fair & Rodeo. GOOD LUCK Shannon and I’ll be there cheering you on:)

Alexandra ~ 9 Months

It’s hard to believe that she’s already 9-months old! She definitely has what I call “the 9 month stare” down, but I was able to get a few good smiles too. Mommy and daddy were just a little worried I think because they thought she wasn’t in her best of moods – me…I thought it was pretty typical of 9 months:) There’s just a lot on her mind right now and a lot of pondering to do. Of course, as soon as the camera goes down, out come the big smiles which is also very typical 9 month. Alexandra is one smart cookie – she knows what we want from her but she’ll do it on her own time. She was probably thinking “What the heck are these crazy people doing – all this singing and dancing and clapping. These people are just nuts.”

Preston – 6 Month Session

Is it possible to get any cuter than this??? I’d say so because I think that every time I see Preston. He’s growing so fast and he’s as happy as can be. I’m posting just a few of my favorites from the day. But more to come for “mommy and daddy” very soon!

Yes, I’m a marathon blogger today. I have so many sessions to post from the last few weeks and I know everyone’s waiting on their sneak peek. Let’s hope the next big storm doesn’t knock out my Internet again:)

This sweet baby girl is Miss Bailey – she’s just beautiful isn’t she. Miss Bailey who sleeps all day at her house, decided she wanted to stay awake for most of our session. No worries though! I finally got her to take a little nap and was able to get some very sweet newborn shots.

By the way, Miss Bailey is Miss Olivia’s brand new cousin!!! And I’m pretty sure Aunt Margie is in charge of the bows and hats (which I love)!!!

Olivia’s One Year Session

I cannot believe Miss Olivia is already one year old. I had the pleasure of meeting her right before she turned 3-months and I knew then she was going to be so much fun!!! She has been the perfect model at every single session we’ve done!!!! THANK YOU Miss Olivia and THANK YOU to Miss Olivia’s family – it has been a great year!
Ps…the last image is obviously an out-take, but I laughed so hard when I saw it that I just had to post it. Olivia’s saying “Here Mom, I’m done – on to the next set”!!!!!!

Happy Brithday Brayden

Brayden came in for his FIRST BIRTHDAY SESSION and he brought along his mommy and daddy! He’s such a handsome little man and together they make a beautiful family!!!! I’d like to say this is a sneak peek for his mommy and daddy, but the truth is they’ve already seen the images from his session – I’m a little late blogging, but I still wanted to get a “sneak peek” up to tide them over until their order is ready.

And I also want to give a great big THANK YOU shout out to all McPhail’s who came to the preview session – thanks for everything and especially for being understanding with Lori:)

Welcome Miss Kiran – Newborn Session

This sweet baby, Miss Kiran, was just about a month old at the time of our session. She was an absolute pleasure!!! I really want to thank her mommy though for being patient with me during the session … I just didn’t want to stop:)
