WHAT IS THE BABY CLUB?
Hebert Photography’s Baby Club is a special offer for new babies and their families.
When you join the Baby Club, you receive:
- Four sessions to capture the major milestones of your baby’s first year (these are typically scheduled at newborn, 4, 8, and 12 months or 3, 6, 9, and 12 months).
- A 10×20 wall-portrait at the end of the year. This one-of-a-kind piece of art will showcase your baby’s first year by displaying your favorite image from each session.
- Special Baby Club pricing.

Because of the personal attention given to every client, I can only accept 5 new babies each month. Please call as soon as possible to get your baby enrolled. I only do a certain number of sessions each month and once I’ve scheduled that number (which is filled each month), I do not accept any new sessions. However, I do have a waiting list in the case someone needs to reschedule for another time.

Q. Where are you located?
My home-based studio is located in the Splendora / Cleveland area. We have clients from all over the North Houston area (Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Kingwoood, Porter, etc) that choose Sheila Hebert to be their photographer of choice. We are only about a 25 minute drive from the Humble/Kingwood area.
Q. What are your hours?
Baby Club appointments are available every weekday from 10am – 5pm. Occasionally, I do schedule appointments on Saturdays, but they are subject to regular session fees and product pricing.
Q. Do you give suggestions for what my baby should wear?
Yes, when you call to reserve your appointment for your baby’s first session you’ll receive a booklet on what to expect and tips for each session. I’m also available by phone and email to answer any questions you may have.
Q. Do I get to select my favorite poses?
ABSOLUTELY! Each time I photograph your baby you will schedule a private viewing time to select your favorites.
Q. Can I purchase additional portraits from each session? And if so, how much do they cost?
Yes! Most parents select a variety of poses for themselves and for other family members. Hebert Photography offers a complete line of custom items (prints, canvas portraits, purses, jewelry, albums…just to name a few). Regular pricing starts at $15 and collection packages start at $185. And exclusive to Baby Club Members – Year Long Collections where you receive a substantial discount on your purchases.
Q. What if I’m not happy with your studio? Or I’m just not sure about this.
If you’re not happy…very simply…you get a 100% REFUND and I will cancel your membership in the Baby Club. I only want happy clients!!!
Q. What if my baby is either not yet born or older than 3-months?
First of all, my session times fill up quickly each and every month. Some clients book their sessions 6-months to a year in advance. It’s NEVER too early to reserve your session!!!!
Secondly, the Baby Club is a special offer to babies under 12-months. Most parents enroll between newborn and 3-months, but I have had some who’ve started much later (6, 7, and even 8-months old). A custom panel will be created for each baby – no matter the age. Of course, the sooner your baby joins the Baby Club the better “experience” you’ll have.
